We believe that the future of our movements depends on developing bold, skilled, and values-driven leaders who are ready to take action. That's why we created this free training program: to help people like you build the skills you need to make a real difference in your community.

What Is RJCOLLAB+?

RJCOLLAB+ is a powerful collaboration between leading Reproductive Justice organizations across the country. Together, we're building a pipeline of trained organizers and community leaders who are grounded in the principles of Reproductive Justice—a framework that goes beyond single issues to address the intersecting struggles for racial, gender, economic, and climate justice.

This isn't just about learning. It's about joining a movement.

In Our Own Voice: National Black Women's Reproductive Justice Agenda
A national partnership of Black women-led Reproductive Justice organizations working to lift up the voices of Black women at the national and regional levels.

National Latina Institute for Reproductive Justice
Building Latina power to fight for reproductive justice by centering community organizing, policy advocacy, and culture shift.

National Asian Pacific American Women's Forum (NAPAWF)
The nation's only organization building power with Asian American and Pacific Islander women and girls to influence policy and drive systemic change.

URGE: Unite for Reproductive & Gender Equity
A community of young people committed to creating a world where people of all identities can live with justice, dignity, and self-determination.

What We Offer

The Leadership Development Academy is a free, six-week training program designed to equip you with practical organizing skills and connect you with opportunities to put those skills into action. Whether you're new to organizing or looking to deepen your work, our program meets you where you are.

Through a mix of live sessions and self-paced learning, you'll develop skills in areas like community outreach, volunteer coordination, storytelling, digital organizing, and more—all grounded in an intersectional, anti-racist approach to movement building.

Why Reproductive Justice?

Reproductive Justice is more than a single issue—it's a lens for understanding how all of our struggles are connected. Created by Black women, the RJ framework recognizes that true freedom means having the right to have children, not have children, and parent the children we have in safe and healthy environments.

This framework guides everything we do at ResistU. It shapes our curriculum, our values, and our commitment to building a multi-issue, multi-racial movement for justice.

What Happens After Training?

This isn't a program where you learn and leave. When you complete the Leadership Development Academy, you'll have the opportunity to connect directly with our partner organizations and plug into real campaigns and organizing work. We're building a community of leaders who support each other and stay connected to the movement long after the training ends.
